I have just read a tale by Oscar Wilde:"The selfish giant". He did not let the children play in his garden; the winter came but the spring did not arrive; until one day, he heard a birdie singing on a tree. The giant´s heart started beating again. He destroyed the wall of the garden. From that day on, the children played there. The giant felt remorsed and he made the change happen; he let happiness touch his heart again.

This Christmas I had time for me. I have been sincere to me and have also taken distance from the past. At once, I have seen how foolish and childish I have been to all the important people in my life. I would love to go back to the past and change so many things, but I cannot go back. Feeling sorry for me has been the most coward of all possible attitudes. What about the other ones? The ones I have mistreated? It is very difficult to accept that I have done that, but I have.

I hope you can forgive me. Maybe not today, but with the pass of the time.
I am sorry for all I have done to you.

I write these words in hopes they will find their way to who they belong. I have felt no deeper sincerity then as I write of this wrong.

I will forever remember as I turned and walked out that door. I knew it was my loss when asked to leave forever more.

I regret sitting in silence as you asked if it could be the same. I honestly thought you meant our friendship with my negative proclaim.

I apologize truly for the hurtful words I have muttered. I spoke then without knowledge and later with frustration fluttered.

I now wish for that friendship in my prayers with kindness. Please find these words and grant my forgiveness.

Sorry to everyone I've hurt in my ignorance, arrogance, selfishness, both love and hate, and the folly of youth. Now that I have cast aside that morbid shell of childhood misgiving, I am ready to apply all I've learned and to make it up to them-- if not directly, then through someone else down the road.

Sweetheart, I'm so sorry for making you feel unappreciated. I know I haven't showed it as much as I should and I know I haven't said it but I love you with all of my heart and soul. I shouldn't have written that note teasing you this morning. My boss made me do it and the truth is I actually got a chuckle out of it. That was mean of me and I am sorry for being disrespectful to you.

I know that you think that because you felt hungover this morning that you'd be able to drink your face off and not be hungover tomorrow morning might have been a great idea. I should not have disagreed with that theory because i'm not sure if it really does work.

I'm also sorry I called you an old woman. Hopefully we can get through this tough time and remain friendly colleagues.

Sorry Kyle I made fun of your car. I didn't mean any harm by it. It was just a stupid joke. I think your car could beat up my car in a car fight. Mine is old and has been owned by a girl for along time. Yours is grey and dude-tastic, I am sure.

I'm Sorry I hit you with the Flying Monkey this morning. If it makes you feel better I hit myself with it afterwards. It kind of hurt too...

I owe you a major apology. I should have been more careful in changing your water. You never actually eat the flakes and that's why I have to change your tank every 3 days. I took it out on you by pulling you out of the transfer bowl by hand and "accidentally" misplacing you into the sink. I didn't mean to cause you harm, I promise to goto the store and buy you food pellets today.
